What is the return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
We do not accept returns for trading card products.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Why is my pokemon/other TCG box missing its plastic shrink wrap?
To combat re-sellers and to keep our prices low, we remove the plastic shrink wrap from selected consumable TCG products once your order is complete.
Some products may be exempt from this rule. If you are unsure, please contact us via our fourm or email us at support@bakabooks.co.uk.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
Yes! We now ship to the EU and USA.

Do you do student discount?
No, we currently do not offer student discount.
Do you offer discount for frontline workers?
Yes! Any profession that provides a blue light card can get 10% discount on all orders.
Please show your blue light card in-store or email us an image of your card to support@bakabooks.co.uk with your so we can add this to your account for future purchases.
